Standard hourly working rates
Our minimum standard hourly working rates starts from $30.00 and it will vary depending with the area, travelling distance from our location and the nature of the job. Is also subject to VAT.
Standard hourly rate
Time: 7am-6pm
Days: Monday to Sunday
Hourly rates (minimum of): $30.00
Call out fee: $20.00
Late After Hour Rates
Quotations are done for a fee in early after hours.
Time: 12am-7am
Days: Monday to Sunday
Hourly rate: $90.00
Call out fee: $75.00
Early after hour rate
Quotations are free for all renovations and big jobs during Standard hours.
Time: 6pm-12am
Days: Monday to Sunday
Hourly rate: $80.00
Call out fee: $60.00
Holiday rates
Quotations incur a cost during late after hours.
Time: 8am-5pm
Days: Monday to Sunday
Hourly rates: $60.00
Call out fee: $40.00
NB: BLOCKAGES ARE NOT INCLUDED, ALL BLOCKAGES HAS THEIR OWN FEES. SEE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
Additional Information
- 1 Hour minimum charge on all hourly rate work. We don’t charge less than one hour.
- Payment must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice by deposit, credit/debit card, EFT or in cash.
- Estimates and quotations are generally non-chargeable, but some may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, time and location.
- Fixed prices are subject to (VAT) and can be provided either verbally or in writing upon request before work commences.
- Materials are charged at trade prices plus 25% mark up of travelling, called (travelling cost) and are also subject to (VAT)
- Blockages prices will vary depending with the nature of the blockage, time taken and type of equipment required to do the job. Minimum charge starts from $40.00
- Invoices are digital (hard copies are available upon request) and shown a full description of works including times and full break down of labour and materials.
- Insurance reports are charged at a nominal $30.00 plus VAT which is redeemable against the future work.
- Call out fee this applies when the client called the engineer to visit his/her property. If the client decided not to carry on with the job and send off the engineer back, that’s when the call out fee applies well known as travelling cost.
- All call out fees will vary depending on travelling distance, time and location.
- Any extra charges must be confirmed with the office before cash payment to the engineer.
- Invoices must be paid in full after the completion of the job.

Payment Methods
- Cash payment to be made directly to the engineer.
- Bank deposit must be deposited into the bank account nominated at the bottom of the invoice or quotation.
- E wallet/ send money use the cell phone number nominated on the invoice
